Tag Search Improvements

Issue: tags don’t seem to have a weight factor on what is returned, can return false tags depending on the history of the tag (game name change and the like).
Possible solutions: add weight to search results to more match the search and not to just ignore spaces and special characters.
Reasoning: tags are the lifeblood of the site and we want to make it as easy as possible for things to be found rather than sifting through a lot of tag options.
