Hi there, It would be good to get some more details on this. It is a fine balance with monetisation to enable to keep running the site and not disrupting your experience.

Floating video adverts that cannot be minimised and autoplay with sound are extremely intrusive and about as disruptive to the experience on this site as you can get.
I'll keep an eye on the site as I liked to use it a lot for news and discussions with others.. but while that feature is in place I personally won't be active.
