Issue: linking to a user comment can be hidden if it is under one of the collapsed comment elements on the submission page.

Possible solution: auto-expand collapsed elements when linking directly to a comment on the page.

This one would be nice to fix, on larger / more hot news posts, it's pretty annoying and hard to find where the actual comment that you just received a notification about is located, so a lot of the time I just don't even bother now.
